| All returned items must be pre-authorized and a Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of any shipping packaging. For sanitary reasons, items worn on the feet will not be accepted for refund. Replacements will be offered for defective items. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if returned with original packaging and in new condition. Shipping and handling charges will not be credited on returns.
